The bill (Reg. No. 2010a) suggests eliminating the issue of disproportion of pensions appointed on different conditions and in different years.
In this regard, it was proposed to amend article 42 of the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance.”
The Committee members stressed that, starting from 2014, it will guarantee full pension updating, appointed in 2013 and the following years.
